Reporting Bullying and Harassment

The University of Southampton has a network of Harassment Contacts supporting our dignity at work and study.  Contacting them will not begin any formal procedure (i.e. an investigation, complaint, etc.). They simply provide impartial and confidential advice and support for staff and students who have issues or concerns regarding harassment, bullying or victimisation.

You can visit www.southampton.ac.uk/hc or email  diversity@soton.ac.uk and request a Harassment Contact, or you can contact an individual Harassment Contact directly using the following list found HERE.

The Southampton University Student Union, SUSU, also has an anonymous and confidential online reporting tool, available for students.

All University staff and students have access to Report and Support, which allows for reporting of incidents of bullying and harassment, either witnessed or experienced directly. Reports can be submitted anonymously or with contact details.

The University also provides a Counselling service.
